Shipping & Delivery Service Duration

Delivery of Digital Services:
Margin is software you use in the browser. We don't sell physical goods, so nothing is shipped.
Service Duration & Activation:
- Activation: After you pay by InstaPay or Telda and send us the receipt, we confirm the transfer and activate your plan by hand, normally within 24 hours. You get an email when it's confirmed. Until then your workspace stays on its current plan.
- Length: A plan runs for one calendar month from activation. If you pay during your trial, or before your current paid month ends, the new month starts when the current one ends, so you don't lose days.
If your plan isn't active 24 hours after you sent the receipt, contact support@marginegy.com.
